Events...

Fundraising events have more purposes than the obvious one of raising money to support the Domus Pacis Family Respite program. An event is essential to bring together our volunteer base as well as an effective means to drafting new community members on to the Domus Pacis Team. An event provides an opportunity to reach folks using traditional media outlets… creating awareness, reinforcing our message and commitment to service families affected by the trauma of cancer.

The current team of volunteers and friends of Domus Pacis anticipate developing and hosting at least four events a year. We are seeking creative fundraising ideas from the Summit County Community.

Also, if you are a member of a civic or community organization, youth or church outreach group, school, scouting troop, etc. and would be interested in producing a fund raising event for Domus Pacis Family Respite, we would be happy to discuss how to make your event a reality. Along with your time and treasure, your imagination is a talent Domus Pacis truly appreciates.
